I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33(2) of the Finance Act 2004 (No. 8 of 2004), hereby orders as follows:

 

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2004 (Section 33) (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The day appointed as the day on which section 33 of the Finance Act 2004 (No. 8 of 2004) comes into operation is deemed to be 1 January 2004.
